Bali bombing in 2002 case will soon prosecute the main perpetratrors – Umar Patek.

There are some news circulating that Umar Patek will be facing trial in Bali but the PR of Denpasar district court amzer Simanjuntak, they had not yet received the information.

“We have not received the information related to it. But if any will be tried here with reference to the element of ‘locus delicti’ or crime scene in Bali, then we are ready,” he said.

Amzer explained that the trial could have been done at Denpasar or Jakarta, the decision of the trial depends on the decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights.

“The trial can be held in Bali but can also be held here or in Jakarta. It depends on the decision later,” he said.
