Banana’s Heart Foods
Abon and hams generally made from meat. However, in Cimahi, banana heart can transformed into delicious hams and abon.
Bambang Eko Putro the first to introduce this food. In Cimahi, beef jerky and banana heart abon already very famous. Residents call it beef jerky denjapi aka banana heart and heart abon bonjapi or bananas.
In terms of form, there is almost no difference between denjapi and bonjapi and hams and ordinary abon made of meat. In terms of flavor, these foods are also not much different, especially for in Cimahi bonjapi which has been marketed since about five years ago. Continue reading
